What We Do in Coaching Sessions
Each online coaching session is individually tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and emotional state. I use an intuitive, compassionate approach to meet you where you are and guide you through your personal growth journey. Depending on what you need, we may integrate a variety of practices — from nervous system regulation and somatic tools to emotional processing, mindset work, and attachment repair techniques.

Attachment Style Healing: A Journey From Insecure to Secure
